Ingredients:
chicken breasts or thighs (boneless/skinless) - generally poached in water
w/ lots of garlic
light mayonaise
generous sprinkings of curry powder
(i have a custom blend of my own creation that's part hot part sweet but your choice really)
a generous sprinkling of cumin
apple chunks
a squeeze of three of lemon juice
