tomatoe dip 1

Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes
1/3 cup oil
3 tablespoon vinegar(optional)
1/4 teaspoon cumin (optional)
1/2 tsp.cayenne pepper(optional)
4 cloves garlic
1tsp.salt
1 tsp sugar(optional)

Method:
Puree all ingredinedts in blender or food processor for 2-3 min.
Yeild 1 quart.
